As Director of Information Management and Population Health, Katie Wilkinson has strategic responsibility to leverage data, further research, and lead transformation efforts to support the continuum of care. Key initiatives include: the development and execution of an enterprise business and clinical intelligence strategy in partnership with MU HealthCare’s Enterprise Analytics Team; a joint research relationship with MU Health School of Medicine; and support for Population Health efforts both internally and across local, regional and statewide affiliate groups. In this role, Katie is positioned to work closely with Cerner Population Health teams in order to enhance the Cerner / MU HealthCare partnership value proposition.

Katie graduated Summa Cum Laude with Bachelors degrees in math/computer science and political science and holds an Master of Arts in Political science. She was awarded a research scholarship with NASA Langley four years running and was the recipient of the Madison and Lisa Self Graduate Fellowship at Kansas University.

At Cerner Katie was the inaugural recipient of the IP Development quarterly quality award and a Cerner Masters. She is a member of the Advisory Board for the MU Department of Health Sciences.
